THE (DIS)HONESTY PROJECT

Expanding on the themes of our feature-length documentary, the (Dis)Honesty Project hopes to create a safe space where we can explore the complicated truth(s) of the matter, improving our own behavior and that of the world around us. Includes educational tools, workshops, professional trainings, and more.

The Medical Professionalism Project

The Medical Professionalism Project is an innovative short film series and continuing medical education course that explores the complex expectations, challenges, and responsibilities of being a healthcare professional. The 12-part series combines clips from (Dis)Honesty – The Truth About Lies and interviews with over twenty healthcare professionals across the fields of medicine to tackle topics such as conflicts of interest, burnout, implicit bias, and more.

The People

The People is a creative force using modern storytelling and social media savvy to protect and advance American democracy. They create radically cost-efficient digital campaigns that promote progressive candidates and policies by combining TV expertise with the weaponry of digital, telling stories that connect to constituents and inspire them to action. Content is data-driven and precisely targeted to achieve maximum impact for minimum bucks.

Women as One

Women as One is a nonprofit organization that seeks to improve the recruitment, retention, and treatment of women in medical specialties where they are highly underrepresented. We partnered with Women As One to create media in support of their mission, including producing films of two curated panel discussions.

Innovative and tailor-made ethics content

Repurposing our feature documentary (Dis)Honesty – The Truth About Lies, we work with companies to develop content that reinvigorates and reinvents their ethics trainings. Traditionally mandated by Compliance and/or HR departments, in the past this type of training has tended to focus on workplace appropriateness and legal issues, failing to address the underlying issues and motivations that lead to poor behavior. We work with our partners to broaden and deepen the conversation through film in order to have a lasting impact on company culture. In the past, we have partnered with Procter & Gamble, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Duke University, McKinsey & Company, Genentech, and Rutgers Institute for Ethical Leadership, among others.
